This program bridges that gap with interactive, hands-on learning covering:

• Lifestyle & Presence – showing up ready, prepared, and professional
   
• Communication & Discipline – setting boundaries, redirecting energy, and handling challenges with respect
   
• Safety – emergency protocols, documentation basics, and conflict resolution
   

Format Options:

• 2-Day Workshop – 2 hours (day or evening), foundational training for individuals and organizations.
   
• 6–8 Week Cohort – deeper practice, accountability, and application of skills through live facilitation and peer learning.

I know this position all too well.  Site coordinators manage staff, students, and daily operations — but too often, they receive little to no training.
