At S. Michelle Consulting, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Once we say "yes" to partnering, I’ll work closely with you or your designated team member to make sure your goals are met and your expectations exceeded.

I’m all about making this a smooth, stress-free experience for you, so you can stay focused on the big picture while I handle the strategy and structure.

Here’s how we’ll make it happen:

Our first time together. Here, potential partners will explore our Discovery Space together, so I can gather additional information.

If we feel like we are ready to "lock in" and move forward, we (1) indicate that, then (2) I will review your budget, goals, and items discussed. The customized plan is being cooked in the lab.

Once the deal is ready to be sealed, I will send the custom proposal for signature and provide payment (put down the initial or full payment).

After the contract is signed and payment received, we ease on down the road with the contract. Partners receive a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for the project.

Oh, I am ALL IN at this point. Throughout the process, I will provide regular updates to give a

glimpse of what's taking place, provide feedback, and answer any questions.

Yes --- I do this too. Once I do "all things Step 5," I become Action Jackson, train (if necessary), and provide sustainable deliverables for the project.

And here is where the train stops. The project is complete. We will unpack everything from beginning to end, including resources.

But wait, there's more... If anything comes up, please don't fret. I offer post-project support in all of my packages to ask me anything, provide feedback, suggest revisions, and so forth.
