If you select a Payment Plan or membership subscription, you understand:

• You are still responsible for the total purchase price in full.
• All payments will be automatically charged to your payment method on file unless canceled per these Terms.
• Pausing and reactivating a subscription does not alter your original obligation or pricing terms.
• There are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no credits under any circumstances.
• All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

You acknowledge that you are financially responsible for all purchases made by you or any authorized representative. You may cancel a membership subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle by emailing contact@smichelleconsulting.com.

You are responsible for the timely and full payment of all fees owed. Late or failed payments may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of services.
• Full remaining balance of a Payment Plan becoming due.
• Legal action or collection efforts as deemed necessary.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services if payments are not received as agreed, without liability to you.

Your use of this Site is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and use your data. 

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
