My work is grounded in more than two decades of experience across nonprofit leadership, youth and community development, civic engagement, organizational management, and strategy.
I understand both sides of the work: developing the strategy and being responsible for carrying it out.
That perspective shapes every engagement.

IMPT Academy
Good strategy means little if the people responsible for carrying it forward are not equipped to lead, communicate, manage, and serve well.
IMPT Academy is the professional development and training arm of S. Michelle Consulting Agency.
Through engaging workshops, facilitated learning experiences, and customized professional development, IMPT Academy supports nonprofit professionals, educators, youth-development practitioners, organizational leaders, boards, and teams.
Training areas include leadership, organizational culture, youth development, staff effectiveness, communication, program leadership, and practical management skills.
The goal is simple: professional development that people can actually use once they leave the room.
